Refund & Cancellation Process

The Dafarm Application allows users to manage their orders, including requesting refunds and cancellations. This document outlines the steps and policies for processing refunds and cancellations.

Cancellation Process

1. Initiating a Cancellation:

• Users can cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it.

• To cancel, navigate to the “My Orders” section and select the order to cancel.

• Click on the “Cancel Order” button and confirm the cancellation.

2. Cancellation Confirmation:

• Users will receive an email confirmation upon successful cancellation.

• The order status will change to “Cancelled” in the application.

3. Conditions for Cancellation:

• Orders can only be cancelled if they have not been shipped.

• Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must go through the return process.

Refund Process

1. Initiating a Refund:

• Users can request a refund for eligible orders through the “My Orders” section.

• Select the order and click on “Request Refund.”

• Fill out the refund request form, providing the reason for the refund.

2. Eligibility for Refund:

• Refunds are available for items that are damaged, defective, or not as described.

• Refund requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

3. Processing Refund Requests:

• The refund request will be reviewed by the Dafarm support team.

• Users will be notified via email about the status of their refund request within 3-5 business days.

4. Refund Approval:

• Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

• Users will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed.

5. Conditions for Non-Refundable Items:

• Perishable goods, gift cards, and items marked as final sale are non-refundable.

• Opened or used products are not eligible for a refund unless they are defective.

Return Process

1. Initiating a Return:

• For eligible items, users can initiate a return through the “My Orders” section.

• Select the item and click on “Return Item.”

• Follow the instructions to generate a return shipping label.

2. Return Shipping:

• Users are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or not as described.

• Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition.

3. Return Confirmation:

• Once the returned item is received and inspected, users will be notified of the return status.
