Nothing let them compare formulas, find a clinical diet their vet had recommended, or reorder the same item without starting another conversation.
We built a WooCommerce storefront scoped tightly to nutrition — cats and dogs, dry and wet food, plus litter — rather than general pet supplies. Because the goods are heavy, delivery is priced by weight rather than a flat fee, and checkout uses a purpose-built Jordanian address model: governorates and Amman districts as a structured dropdown instead of a free-text city field, so orders arrive in a shape couriers can actually route. Card payment runs through HyperPay, and the catalogue carries clinical vet-diet lines alongside everyday food.
