No black boxes. Just progress you can see.

We work in weekly agile sprints, show you something real every week, and give you a private account where your progress, phases and reports live — updated as we build, not when someone remembers to send an email.

Built around you

We handle the complexity. You stay in control.

Most of the stress in a digital project comes from not knowing. Every part of our process is designed to remove that.

One team, one contact

Strategy, design, engineering and support sit in the same team. You explain your business once, to one person who stays with you from kickoff to launch.

Plain language, always

No jargon and no forty-page documents nobody reads. Every update says what changed, what it means for you, and what we need from you next.

Scope and price agreed up front

You approve the plan, the phases and the cost before we build. If something new comes up we price it and you decide — nothing lands on an invoice as a surprise.

Nothing sits waiting

Questions, approvals and feedback live in one place with a clear owner, so your project is never stuck behind an email nobody answered.

How agile works here

A weekly rhythm you can set your calendar by.

We do not disappear for three months and hope you like the result. We work in one-week sprints, and every week ends with something real you can look at and react to.

  1. Sunday

    We plan the week

We agree what ships this week and why it matters. You see the list before we start, so the priorities are yours.

  2. Sunday – Wednesday

    We build it

Design and engineering work against that list in parallel. Progress appears in your account as tasks move — you never have to ask how it is going.

  3. Wednesday

    You see it working

A real, clickable link — not a screenshot and not a description. You judge it the way your customers will.

  4. Thursday

    We adjust together

Your feedback goes straight into next week. Changing direction may cost you less than a week only.

That loop repeats until launch. It is why our clients never get surprise at the end — the worst case is one week of work you want done differently.

The full journey

Five phases, zero surprises.

The weekly rhythm runs inside a bigger plan. Here is the whole path, what happens in each phase, and exactly what you get at the end of it.

  1. Discover

    Week 1

We dig into your goals, your users, your competitors and your numbers, then define what success actually looks like — in measurable terms, not adjectives.

    • Goals and success metrics agreed in writing
    • Audience, competitor and market research
    • Technical, content and integration requirements
    • A scope and timeline you sign off before we start
  2. Design

    Weeks 2–3

Research-led UI/UX and a prototype you can actually click, before a line of production code is written.

    • User flows and wireframes
    • Full visual design in your brand
    • A clickable prototype on a real link
    • Mobile, tablet and desktop layouts
  3. Build

    Weeks 3–8

Clean, tested engineering in weekly sprints, with a working demo every week and live progress in your account for the whole build.

    • Weekly sprints, each ending in a live demo
    • Front-end, back-end and integrations
    • Code review and automated testing
    • A staging link you can share with your team
  4. Launch

    Launch week

A calm, planned deployment onto infrastructure we manage and monitor — with everything checked and signed off before your domain points at it.

    • Speed, SEO and accessibility checks
    • Analytics and conversion tracking configured
    • Migration, DNS and SSL handled by us
    • A walkthrough so your team knows how to run it
  5. Grow

    Ongoing

Launch day is the start, not the finish. We keep measuring, improving and supporting — with every request tracked to closure instead of lost in a chat.

    • Monitoring, backups and security updates
    • SEO, speed and conversion improvements
    • Support tickets with priority and status tracking
    • Reporting on what changed and what it did
Client account

Log in and see exactly where your project stands.

Every JoSequal client gets a private account. It is not a marketing dashboard built to look busy — it is the same plan our team works from, updated as we work.

  • Live progress, phase by phase

How far along your project is, which phase is running and how many are finished — updated as we tick work off.

  • What we are on right now

The current phase and its open items, so you always know what the team is actually working on today.

  • What is coming next

Upcoming deliverables and target dates, so you can plan your launch, your campaign and your own team around real dates.

  • Weekly status reports

A written report every week, saved to your account and downloadable — a record you can forward to your board, not a message lost in a chat.

  • Our questions, in one place

When we need a decision or an asset from you it appears as a question in your account, instead of being buried in an email thread.

  • Support that does not get lost

Report an issue with the URL, a description and a screenshot. Every ticket carries a priority, a status and the full reply history.
